So i played a solo shuffle vs a glad holy paladin

At the colossal rating of 1350 because this game is dead (Which it currently deserves to be)

In the lobby there was also a lock (Affliction) - Paladin (3 guesses what spec) - warrior (arms) - Demon hunter (havoc)

And in all 6 rounds the 2 melee just trained the lock and made the game completely unwinnable for the healers and the warlock who i felt the most sorry for, And i mean unwinnable. Damage was unhealable and he couldn’t cast a single UA.

Does this happen regularly for casters in happy foundation shuffle and not just warlocks ? What a truly sorry excuse of a season, Im actually looking forward to 10.1 where the zugzug/sit on keyboard playstyle wont be so rewarding but then again this mini game mode inside of WoW has proven not to be tested time and time again so it will probably be worse than this current season which at this point would be pretty impressive. The bar is set so low its borderline rock bottom lol

Imagine if healers had the power to carry that. But at the same time, nobody wants rounds to last forever, so the typical role of just “preventing a loss” isn’t good enough.
So for healers to be able to carry that without prolonging the rounds for too long, they’d need more offensive power. In other words, a more hybrid-type of design, like fistweavers or melee wings or atonement healing, and so on.

Of course, fistweaving is performing much better right now, but this isn’t about the specifics of the number tuning. It’s about the concept.

So imagine playing that lobby, as a healer, with the power to carry by pushing back their DPS with your damage output as a healer while also healing enough to prevent an instant loss, and then be part of landing a kill. It creates more possibilities, and it grants more independence to the healer role.
In other words, it’d make healers more impactful, and more empowered. It would make them more enjoyable. And that’s what everybody wishes for, for more people to want to play healers.
