So i’ve opened a character realm transfer with open auctions on the same character, and now the items are gone completely. After the transfer was initiated, I’ve had a mailbox icon on my Character select panel, but now after the transfer is complete there is no more mail, and all my auctioned items are gone for now. Anyone had this before and know what to do?

Yes, I’ve read that much… But I can and I did… There was no physical barrier preventing me from doing so, in which case should’ve had a warning or something to “delist” my Ah first, then to proceed with the transfer. This is just bad
I am afraid you lost your AH listings in this case.
You can try asking Blizzard if they can do something about it, but chances are high they won’t, as you read the warning but went ahead with the transfer anyway.
As far as I recall you already get a warning when you do the transfer, and I do not know about you, but I do not want to click through 6 different windows when I want to transfer a character:
Are you sure?
Did you delist your AH listings?
Did you do your faction specific quests?
Did you feed your ghoul before the transfer?
Did you wash your hands after wiping?
Dude, how often do you transfer a character that a couple dialogues bother you?
It is simple: If the game claims you cannot transfer with active auctions but it works, that is deceptive, with damage done. It is a severe design blunder, and should be easy to intercept.

“You cannot transfer with active auctions” implies that the transfer is physically impossible to complete, not that you can proceed with the transfer and loose all your stuff. It’s absurd and unclear in that case

If that is true i agree the fault is on blizz side . If it says u cant transfer with open AH things, u simply cant, it shouldnt allow you to do so .
Just like u cant delete char that has any mail in mailbox . Its not like u shouldnt delete it, u literaly cant delete it, it wont allow you, same should apply here .
Imho your best try rn is to open a ticket, which will still impact you and your possible gold income, but its better than nothing

I’ve already opened a ticket and got an automated response with no closure what so ever. I’ve gave a bad feedback and reopened another one, hopefully an actual person will respond to me.
