So how hard is it to prepare your bloody servers for such a major and expected event, Blizzard?
How much would it possibly cost you to get the required amount of hardware for our servers to run smoothly and support all of the players playing at the same time? It’s not like each of us doesn’t pay you some amount of money each month.
Don’t tell me you couldn’t have possibly predicted the amount of people you are expecting to show up.
It’s 55 minutes untill the release and Kazzak is already down. I either can’t get to the character list, or, when I do after like 20 attempts, I get an empty character list.
Freaking do something. And also fire your analysts who are responsible for the number crunching of the expected amount of players. Also, have you ever heard of redundancy? Like being prepared for extra load your hardware might face?
WE HAVE PAID YOU for the servers we are missing. World of Warcraft is not some free to play game and you are not some small indie company, are you?
Maybe we should all sue you for not providing a service we are paying you for? It’s not like this kind of thing has never happened before and it’s the first time you’ve faced it.
Can confirm, whoever was lucky enough to be online and not get DCed is in the game fine. The rest of us are getting the following errors:
-World server is down
-Logging into the game (stuck)
-Loading to about 65%-70% and then World server down
Please let us know what is happening. Don’t leave us in the dark!

Yeah been trying to get into Kazzak for about an hour now. Its really insane how things like this happen on the night of release. Imagine paying this company just to find that you cant log in. Actually ridiculous
You would hope that leaving over an hour to log in before release would be enough. This is already verging on a joke.
I got disconnected and have been trying to log back in for 2 hours. Impossible. The worst thing is we know they won’t even say anything about the situation.

this is very annoying. i’ve been trying for 4 hours. it’s insane. is it the server is down? or is the server just full?
Same for Kazzak horde, was disconnected while in-game only to be stuck in a loading screen for the past 2 hours +. UPVOTE TRIADA
Let’s be honest , do we really expect that Blizzard will launch expansion with no problem ?!? For every f year it’s about the same , with no exception ! At the end , it will be our fault , because we choose populated realms … . They just don’t care about customers , it’s all about make them to pay , no matter satisfaction level . Simple 
Best part? They don’t even care. 3hrs now trying to get into Kazzak, this is ridiculous.

World server Down problem tried character stuck on the website cause i was porting from zandala to og.
i get it that you get issues from time to time blizz but for a launch this big and for a PAID service i find this unacceptable

i was logged in only logged out to update addons, then restarted then couldn’t log back on that was 2.5hours ago still trying kazzak eu
You don’t have to log out for addon update. Just /reload
And all the complaints here will realy motivate the workers getting servers back up faster.
After not playing for a year I was convinced just the other day to come back for tonights launch and well… here we go again. Not even surprised anymore because this literally happens at every single Blizzard launch…
