hello, suddenly im not able to play with my hunter. If i manage to log in it i get massive spike or nothing happens as if i have no internet connection.
- i tried reseting router, deleting wtf addon and cache folders.
- other characters are just fine as if nothing is wrong.
my latency is 77-73 ms

This is quite rare to experience connection issues only on one character but I understand how annoying it must be.
First, please start by repairing game files!
Make sure that none of the addons you are actively using on the hunter is not causing the increased latency. Maybe disable them one by one and check how the character performs 
You can also toggle your in-game network optimization settings:
- Go to the in-game Network menu ( ESC > System > Network ).
- Check/uncheck Optimize Network for Speed option
