I never in my life posted something on here, to start a topic. I do now to help my husband because he cant cos now he is hacked he doesnt have a level 10 anymore and the message gets insta deleted?
They cant be bottherd about someone that spend thousands of dollars and been playing over 10y to put a post on here?

I did make tickets and an American friend showed topics on their forum and blue note reaction got into it and they resolved it all together.
This is a disaster and Blizzard isnt even prioritising hack tickets. there are credit cards involved and in many cases thousands of euros. My bank can only track what they can see and Blizzard payments always take a while and I need to put in a document with my back to see what can be recovered if recovery is needed.
Believe me I put in several tickets now. NO RESPONS

Blizzard reads the NA forums, Not the EU ones.

Ticket reponses are 7 days - 40 days.

Well that my friend is already A BIG problem. Our money and problems are as good as any other persons in the world. I didnt know that, now I do, I thought we all were considerd as important as any other part of the world. Sorry for bad english, not nativly english speaking

I have send them invoices, bankstatements to proove the account existed etc etc so they have many tickets with many attachements.

Yeah I am beginning to think its naief of me to think that a paying customer is worth something in something this urgent and delicate BUT in my defense I got some great help fast of them in the past with much lesser issues like characters gold and stuff that dissapeared out of mailboxes… so seeing this is more important I thought we got the same service

my husband got the message yd that his email was changed, ALL gone, put in tickets with attachements of payment proove because we think he is hacked. Account of over 10y with a lot of gold, 26 toons and all other stuff like 400+ mounts etc etc, an account worth thousands. He can not post on here but for me neither cos it gets deleted for spam hahahaha. you can not create hack topics on europe servers it seems, only American. It is insane they dont have a fast procedure for hacked account tickets. We had subscriptions so had to notify the bacnk to cancel out card. what a mess and no reply.

If you actually worked for a big company, then you’d know that big companies generally couldn’t care less. And considering the amount of childish adults playing WoW, they definitely couldn’t care less - not directed at you.

Users abuse the report function on things they don’t want to see, it’s easier and cheaper than having the correct amount of moderators.

I have worked for some very big companies and I know how they think in terms of little people but mayve its a Belgian think but customer service always has been one of the departments where we got looked on. In sales it was a different story, no mercy but in customer service we had to be very careful because high standards had to be met in order to not get bad revieuws, lawsuits, social media exposure etc etc

If you want help on the forums, post in the support section. But a ticket is the way to go here, in my opinion.

I tried 3 times and from post 1 it auto deleted my ticket and by try 4 it sais I created enough for one day and have to wait 24h hahahaha, my post didnt even get posted for 1 second

Well I’m Dutch and ofc big companies do not care about paying costumer’s at all. So it’s true that Belgians are really that naive huh? Lol
