Nah I’m not laughing about your situation, I agree it sucks and it’s beyond annoying that you can’t even call them anymore or receive an answer to your ticket within hours.
I also think that cases like yours that involve real money issues should have priority.
We Dutch like our little Belgian brothers but it’s true that Belgians are known for being very naive in my country as you might know.

Or opposite as I do with long posts. Compose in Word (or another text program) and Copy/paste here :slight_smile: You never know when your post is lost in cyberspace.

you are forgiven my Dutch friend :smiley: and yes it was a bit of a sting for me cos in a way you are right. I actually think and believe customers are worth it and that is because we get it learned that way over here.
That said, sales is a different thing over here hahaha
In my case its not only the financiel side but also the personal info side of things, I mean our adress is in there, we have kids living on this address…
For cases like this they should implement a seperate team that does everything for people who were hacked in an ASAP kind of way.
I dont get they respond so slow on privacy issues.
The weird thing is also that we have no breaches in firewall or no phishing issues so the problem came from outside. Maybe they just made a mistake with an update and accounts are lost, it happend before but that doesnt make my problem less problematic seeing I dont get an explenation and stay a very worried person.

I made a thread and it got deleted cos it was to long, they just informed me about threads that are to long hahaha, it was my very first thread and got deleted so I tried again and again and now it sais i have to wait for 24h LOL

I think that country did ban loot boxes but on overwatch lootboxes gone. but should they go hard on mxt too?

Ah, well maybe things are different in Belgium, but if it’s any sort of UK based company, it’s a near guarantee that big companies will have some of the worst customer service - probably worse from the angle of them flaunting their “excellent customer service”.

When you’re at a certain size, it’s too big to fail since your main customers kind of just don’t care and buy whatever aka the gaming industry. Depends on the industry as well tbf.

And no one seems to know why, even the forum customer support aren’t sure shrug I dunno, it’s a poor image when no one knows why x happened.
