As I read the shadow changes it looks like a huge nerf is inbound. What do you think about this? Is it a buff or a reroll? 
The spec is absolutely dead. It’s pretty much what it used to be 15 years ago.

In what universe this would be considered a buff? 
They literaly nerfed everything from procs, insanity gen, ancient madness, void torrent, psychic link, movement, damage, mindblast charges, shadow crash etc in exchange for literaly nothing. They didnt even adresss any issues reported in beta except flay/spike. So i dont realy know why this “rework” is even taking a place.
But its a first iteration…so it hopefuly changes.
