So just a few minutes ago, WOWhead posted this link informing that 10.2.6 is now on encrypted vendor servers.
We know nothing about this patch other than it’ll be pirate-themed. Does anyone want to give their theories as to what we’ll get in terms of content?
Edit: It may be under new leadership (Microsoft) that things are just being encrypted nowadays but that is just speculation on my part, unless we keep seeing this more often.
We don’t even know it will be pirate themed, quite frankly. I think it’s awesome they are leaving something for no data mining.
I mean the pirate flag and the fact holly heavily implied it was a pirate thing helped.

Donno what new they would add as bfa kinda alrdy gave us a bunch of pirate stuff, but i aint complaining.
If i had to guess it’ll be a new rep for pirate themed transmogs, kinda like with the azerothian archives.
I bet it’s going to be another kind of boring world event/quest
could be the setup for the pirate invasion from the next expac
