So what would happened if Wow killed off a major character in this expansion? What if Khadgar died? What if Thrall died? Every likeable or epic characters that dies always have that moment of sorrow and sadness and it makes us eager to revenge them by defeating that boss.

Well… they would go to the Shadowlands and we can visit them. It wouldn’t really be that bad. I don’t know if the lore is bad enough to give us the option to bring them back.
But thankfully, we can still use the Warlords of Draenor lore which allows us to open a portal in the past and bring like 100 Khadgars from different realities. We can have a casting session and choose one that is closest to our deceased Khadgar.
We can even bring the new Khadgar to Shadowlands to be trained by the dead Khadgar. So many possibilities.

Kadghar is too smart to die. And Thrall is Metzens Self-Insert Character basically. I doubt he would want his own character to die.

I would be devastated if Dadghar died. I think they’ve done enough killing off or removing major characters for now though.

Let’s be honest. Sylvanas should have been offed. There is no redeeming that character any more.
But yeah, killing characters is easy. Killing them in a satisfying way, not so much.

True, but they would need to retcon both BFA and SL out of existence to un**** her so yeah…
If Nozdormu dies then Chromie can be the new aspect.
Oh I agree, it’s not remotely possible but it’s stupid what they do with characters sometimes just to fit it to whatever story they are going for. Then again the whole Jailer thing just seemed incredibly bad even if you don’t take Sylvanas’ part into account.
Tyrande flaking out in Darkshore and hearthing out instead of trying to save her people didn’t sit well with me either. The fact that her powers failed her every time she had a showdown with Sylvanas etc.
It was all just meh.
