If your partner is feared, you can tremor him to break him. No enhancement shaman in the game is ‘pre-tremoring’ cc. And if they are, is it really a mystery why they’re low rated?

Every semi decent RMP does goes with cross-CC. Literally they go 3v1 on a guy.

Looks like I’m going to have to simplify this so it sinks in.

You should be able to identify this conversation is about enhancement shamans in particular. I.e. Enha v Ret. Yes, if you fear an enhancement shaman, he cannot press tremor totem. Brodanyo is comparing tremor totem with sanctuary, which a Ret also cannot use while cc’d.

So, I said that he can use tremor totem to break fears on his partners, just like Ret has to, because no enhancement shaman is ‘pre-tremoring’ a fear on themselves just like no Ret is going to ‘pre-sanc’

Ofc Rets are pre-sancing stuns on themselves so they are halved. Also Enha doesn’t remove Stuns.

Ah I’ve only been playing against the best Rets in the game this season where zero of them pre-sanc’d anyrhing and only used it on CC that had landed. You also realise you can purge sanctuary, completely remove its effect and then use a full duration cc? Any ret that attempts to ‘pre-sanc’ is straight up trolling lol
