The hardest part is 1st boss and pack before 2nd, after that the difficulty starts reducing, ofc I can’t say something worthwhile about last boss, because its main mechanic can be ignored if u play as dk, which always saves 1 puddle for ur teammate, especially on 1st cast when there can be not enough of them

I’m saying Ara-Kara is different than the other seasonal dungeons because the last boss is the only one that needs team coordination, which is always hard with pugs, which is why it’s the worst dungeon. But I guess in your case your original point holds true as well.

Now that you mention it, is it just me or did they massively increase the amount of poison being thrown around? I swear it wasn’t that bad in S1, I don’t even bother cleansing the poison anymore, as it’s entirely pointless. When the entire party is sitting at 2-3 stacks the entire time, and a cleansed person has another application of poison back up on him before the GCD has finished… what’s the point?

Halls is a perfect example of this. Had someone miss a soak on the last boss and we wiped bar the tank. Finished it but was 3 min over. Wouldve timed otherwise.

What kind of group coordination? Ara Kara is all about the route and most tanks simply follow whatever the streamers tell them to do.
The only issue is, that streamers don’t do pug friendly routes. This is actually the biggest issue with M+, especially this season…

I agree that compared to the other 7 dungeons Arakara stands out by having a really tight timer.

I would like 3 things to be done.

  • Increase timer by 2 minutes.
  • Move 1 of the caster spiders from the first pull (big BL pull with the 1st lieutenant) to the 2nd lieutenant. Or remove that caster.
  • Put a CD on the cast of the adds that spawn in the 2nd boss.

That is what I would do specifically.

and nerf the spell shield add to the left reflect damage down to 40% instead of 90% had a warrior dying twice due to that shield and his aoe K.o him.

Well its a 13. 1 mistake and its over is the 101 of high keys.

What they should do is remove the stupid -15s death affix. That is the real cancer here.
