Ret single target is very bad anyone who says otherwise does not have a clue

Unless you are assuming every single Frost DK is mythic raiding and banging out 22+ keys and Zexvir sees a Frost DK in his lair and just kills himself after leaving a note saying âoh hell naw. A Frost DKâŚâ.
Why not? Blizzard had no hesitation whatsoever in doing it to Frost DKâs within ONE week of TWW going global launch, then again in another 2 weeks. âOh youâre having fun with Obliterate? Well, weâll soon put a stop to that. Have a 30% nerf. And thatâs just for starters.â
Still. Frost DK top of some dps charts for a few weeks? Preposterous. Blizzard promptly pulled in the Frost DK developer, screamed âWONâT YOU THINK OF THE WARLOCKS AND THE PALADINS AND THE ROGUES!!??â and was sent to toilet cleaning duty for the rest of the expansion. Or possibly until the very last patch of TWW when Frost DKâs traditionally get to stick their head out the trench without fear of being shot by their own developer.
And yet on both purely single target mythic raid fights itâs top 5?

Would it be too much to ask that any time you want to make a ââX class is so overpowered they literally win over everything elseââ post, you actually double check with raiderio and or drustvar to confirm your suspicions about them being very strong and therefore naturally over represented at the top before calling for nerfs
Thats in Pve more uptime more raid wide buffs Ret paladin on its own thhe single target is lacking. And not only that a lot of the dmg is from the passive hero talents
I thought they nerfed the Ret Paladins in TWW.
I played as Ret Pala in the last expansion in Ranked PvP and I was unstoppable. Now they removed some stances and abilities. Its not fun to play as Ret anymore.
So other specs dont have those raidbuffs and that uptime? Only paladin benefits from that?
No i never said that im just saying that you cant judge a classes single target performance in all content by looking at raid logs alone and making a judgement especially not in pvp
Because they arenât over powered in PvE, I have no idea about PvP as I donât partake but as I understand they are essentially useless there as well.
If anything they need a buff.

They are like Fury Warriors with more utility and more dps. The only reason they didnât get nerfed is Liquid chose to take 2 Fury Warriors instead of a Fury Warrior + Ret to deal with roots on Queen and so we see 2 Warriors cheesing AOE on the world first and both Warrior specs get nerfed for the 14th time even tho they are performing worse than Ret.
Blizzard are dumb with balancing, lets not forget they were going to nerf Holy Paladin just because.

I Personally think dks are pretty op in m dungeons atm.
613 ilvl and they do 1.5m total dps. 616 and they pump 2m total dps.
Obv its skill aswell. But rarley other classes dont come up with theese numbers in theese ilvls.
You quite literally can, thats what you base the dps off of. And in pvp they maybe need buffs, i dont know, if they do than buff them in pvp only, because they are completely fine in pve, they dont need nerfs or buffs.
