They get CD ervery 30 seconds, they win overall against every class

The only thing we are overpowered in is AOE. We suck at ST
If it makes you feel better its still a nightmare getting into m+ or raids

I don’t like the nerf bat. Better to buff under performing classes rather nerfing paladin while it’s fun.
No we’re underpowered in pvp stop trolling just because it’s weekend or i’ll make a post demanding we nerf death knights
Dunno, every 2nd group i was in this week had retri paladin.

That’s because they’re in the top 5 specs for M+, but the average Ret player seems to think that unless Ret is giga busted at the top, it’s unplayable.

Ret’s fine. Decent in keys but not frost dk boomie or mage. Decent in raid at least after the recent templar buffs. Not OP.

Dont get me wrong i’m not trying to get you nerfed but isn’t it basically what happened to fury lol.
Doing Aug evoker st damage and we are getting aura nerfs and single target nerfs cuz they cant figure out how burst damage works.
Fury has a problem of being specifically EXTREMELY good at one extremely relevant thing. Ret’s good at AoE but still not really close to what even post nerf fury can do in that specific situation.
45 second raid encounter design , if you give a class burst kit revolves around 45 seconds you cant be surprised when that happens. While our st is aug evoker we even got aura nerf
its the most played class, thats why. Crazy damage and utility and somehow people cry they are undertuned, class easier than BM

Well you will be in for a big shock because Rets will be getting buffs.
This is the weakest iteration of ret i have played on par with DF S1 ret before the rework.

ST is in an awful state atm so goes to show how little you know about classes and specs.
Looking at log data it pretty clearly isn’t, it’s one of the things holding the spec’s performance up overall.
The problem, I fear, might be how the talent builds struggle to offer a flexible option between both ST or AoE, and you’re instead forced to all in on one at the cost of the other instead of being able to mix and match a healthier balance.
