Got to 2500 by one shotting people. Its probably only prot paladins that could do it but yea, its pretty stupid (although also hilarious as it kind of sums up BFA)

You can also do that with tentacles or TD, while tentacle probably at least need 2 ticks haha

yes it can but you dont need level 27 to delete someone.
You could run around with TD8 and one shot somebody I guess.
which requires “just” 200 corruption and considering we are soon running around with 135 res, that leaves you with 65 corruption which is easy to deal with on a tank 
Pretty sure that’s nerfed.
I have lvl 9 myself and hit for 300k normal TDs at 940k health bar.
TD was nerfed by 50% in PvP and ICD now 12 seconds. Dunno why they can’t nerfed others. Anyway tanks still can one-shot others by 1 proc.

i do remember the 12s icd nerf but it was more relevant for tentacles and mass proccing stars. icd doesnt matter at all for those one shots

Only prot palas, I think? They have the bubble, they have guardian of forgotten queen, they have bop/spellwarding all put in place in order to avoid being deleted.
nah mostly guardian druids before.
They have high hp and give some other nice benefits
the most retard proof combo is pretty much DH, Resto sham, Guardian.
all auto heal afk mode till something procs and dies

Honestly, I would just give a nerf to every single corruption in the game (since Blizzard will never completely disable them in PvP). 2 things you forgot to mention are a specific nerf to Gushing Wound and also on DH.
