Might have bugged there, i did a full solo run of the raid on mythic a few days ago and on Aggramar i was only knocked back a bit, like one of those patterns on the floor.
Same killed him dozens of times since patch on various characters and never had that happen to me (Mythic btw).
Even the fixes are RNG now

Well, I died 2 times cause i didn’t do exactly what the wowhead guide said, so it’s not really straightforward…
Not hard either once you go through it a few times and realize what you did wrong.

I think it’s the fact that there are 2 players, I went there with a friend and I had to feral charge back every time.
I mean the patch notes explicitly mention changes to make them easier to solo and yet you go in with a friend and wonder why you get punted off.
Yep, that’s it… didn’t notice there were 2 players as i didn’t see the party on the side, was near the middle :)) strange place to put a party.
Since the other is a hunter… they should just get the pet to tank, they are immune to knockoffs.
I am looking at the patch notes and it says:
“All the following encounters have been adjusted to be less challenging”
There is no thing in the patch notes that says “if you are in 2 players aggramar will shoot you into oblivion”
From personal experience it seems different, solo vs with friends.
One would assume they changed the boss all together, not only when there’s 1 person
All through the PTR the notes stipulated the changes were to make soloing the bosses easier, my bad I assumed they carried that phrase over to the live notes, being able to solo these bosses is what we have been asking for however.
We were two players and I (the tank) got always knocked from the platform.
After my mate died in p1 we discovered the knockback is reduced to 15 meters or so.
So if you plan to come with friend, make sure they attack the boss and them jump of the platform.
