Edit: Hotfixed lightning fast. 
On the store page, it is twice specified as a Skyriding mount, which would follow since both the other colours of this mount are skyriding also.
In game however, it’s listed as Steady Flight Only and cannot Skyride. Please clarify, as that’s a refund storm waiting to happen.
You need to tell Blizzard about the bug. The forums are not for bug reporting in the EU as the developers don’t read the EU forums.
Just click the “Submit feedback or report a bug” button under the support menu, in-game, then fill out the form.
I did hope for a clarification which was the intended behaviour, before filing a bug. Hence my post.
It’s been fixed.
