Raiding Schedule:
Our raid days are on Wednesdays and Sundays, both start at 18:00 server time. The goal is to strengthen our roster for endgame in case we get 40 man content. There will also be a third run on a flexible day that will be filled with alts and pugs if needed so we can get clears in for all our members (for new recruits and members who can’t make the other runs).
Loot System:
We will be using a performance/attendance based loot council to max out our progression and clear speeds by gearing our top performers and most consistent players first. Gearing is just a means to an end and everyone will eventually get decked out. The goal is obviously to have fun, but we plan to be efficient while doing so giving our members a competitive environment to enjoy the content in.
