I agree with OP. For some reason, classes that can really help with their buffs, are annoyed that they have to do that. Have seen it in SoD particularly.

So the reason for people to shout for buff is cause they aren’t getting any buff. And the reason they don’t get buff is cause they are shouting for buff?

I once got yelled at for dropping the wrong totem in an easy 5 man, people are far too easily offended by doing the wrong thing. Also for not having Spirit and int stuff in Ragefire Chasm for healing, no one died.
Is the pally buff still 5 minutes?

Should be 100% drop, putting such important books at rng is horrible
For clarification I’m only talking about buffing in raid, Outside of that I don’t think they matter.

The reason I’d care - not yell, ask for it - is because my gear is lacking stats. WLK with heirlooms or retail with its scaling, it doesn’t make much of a difference. Without heirlooms or else, it may be the difference between 20 mana breaks or a continuous run. Having mana totem doubled our speed in RFK, seriously.
Biggest offender. I wonder, maybe it was supposed to be alternated? The 30 minute versions are totally in line with other buffs - single target, mana cost, power level.
Best thing about it - in WLK, there is no self-cast glyph for sanctuary.
So maybe it was that way to (a) annoy pallies, (b) mirror shamans - having to relocate totems is quite costly.

If you know how to click on PallyPower and set it up, you also know the mess it is to buff each players with different blessings within class with this addon.
Tonight I ran a gnome with 3 druids - 2 with wisdom and the third one with might.
3 pets - 2 with might and one with wisdom (yeah you’re horrible tiny pet with its ridiculous phase shift buff).
2 hunters - One of them wanted might and the second one wisdom.
The MT wanted wisdom and I wanted might.
Our MT gave salvation on everyone except himself (so convenient).
So in this situation PallyPower was just nearly useless for me. The only thing it helps is reminding the time remaining before blessings expire.
So before making a thread for this kind of issue first remember the mess blessings are.
you also know the mess it is to buff each players with different blessings within class with this addon.
It takes 2 clicks to assign different blessing for different people of same class

So you were forced to spend 10 seconds to set it? After that you would just click on single button as usual. The only mess I see in blessings are paladins that don’t even use pallypower.
you do know if you scroll wheel the name of the player under the class you can give them a different buff than the overall buff giving to that class? Extremely simple.
You’re a paladin, You give warlocks salvation and you have a warlock tank, you hover over warlock class in pallypower you’ll see all the warlocks in the raid you scroll wheel on the warlock tank and it changes to the other buffs. Right-click the class or the player and it will give the specified buff.
like your arena rating.
Jokes on you buddy I have never stepped foot in Arena, MMO PvP is not something worth investing time in.

I agree with you.
On top of that, when you get buffed, your pet should also automatically get the buff, like on retail.
The amount of times I have to literally spam on my warlock to buff the imp cuz it scales the spellpower amount you get through Demonic Knowledge rune, is absurd.
I’m not gonna sit and buff everyone in the raid with 5 min blessings
then it´s time, that u do it.
depends how u see it, if u want to be a “progamer, or streamer” then you are right, but when u have fun in playing mmo pvp, then u should give it a try i recommend it
they will bring books in the future, where your blessings last for 30 minutes instead of just 5!
