It will have eventually. In reality the runes are their own quests. And that can go along to create new quests in general. Since the cap is still 25lvls, they don’t really need to reinvent the wheel, however they already stated that they will use unused areas (Hyjal for example) , that means new quests in new zones…
SoD is not a finished game… It is not retail and it is not Classic.
The core of the game is Classic, and they want to build in that core elements and basis of classic, where in the past they released expansions.
We will see how it goes, it is very early still…
But, i’m seeing it as a different variation of the game, neither Classic or Retail.

I have played all versions of WoW, I personally think that SoD will be a success.
Old world including new spells with new coming content is what many of us have waited for a long time.
SoD is just for having a good times without any pressures.

reality check!!! you do know its classic + new zones new questlines new raids. most likely revamped bosses of the curent raids as you so say molten core and so on so no they wont die in 5 sec. but hey you do you and keep your coment for yourself and let people enjoy it
Yes, basically sod is classic + retail spells so easier version of the classic thats all. Unfortunately i noticed this today too.
Yesterday as hunter I did wrong pull ( everytime hunters ofc). And pulled 5 more elite mob in dungeon while priest was half mana. No1 died or not even was stresfull.
Hardcore is 200x fun compare to this. (and players add this cintent to wow not designers) Pvp is retarded too, lock can drain life while walking and tanking 3 people, retail logic.
You need to accept this guys, original developers or designers are left or kicked. This is what you get maximum from new generation body a body b designers.

Official hardcore released, massive viewership, everyone streaming/playing. A month later abandoned and completetly dead. Twich kiddies moved onto the next hype trend with their streamers which was ICC. After having done the icc twitch kiddie hype trend for 2 weeks it died and they moved onto the next hype trend which is now SoD.
Two months from now it will be the same as what happened to official HC/ICC/Every other hype trend.

Lol, HC isnt abandoned, however people will take a break to try out SoD. At the end of the day SoD is Vanilla with a twist.

No , lock can’t walk and tank 3 people while draining in retail.
Lock with 3 people on it in retail if it won’t die in 5 sec with using CDs , it will be perma CCed…Till it dies.Imagine in bursts people can hold 120k DPS on someone when in CC , 3 people…with CDs…5-6 secs. If there isn’t an immunity involved.
Possibly the lock you saw was a tank lock…and as a new… Spec (?) may needs tuning…

People did that in 2005, on Privat Servers, official 2019 classic release, SoM, HC inofficial and official, they gonna do it again in SoD and they are probably gonna do it a whole bunch more.

People never played vanilla for difficulty. They’re here to experience classic again with some new twists to make things interesting. Classes playing completely differently and cool hidden stuff is a big draw.

Nope I’m in a guild with friends and won’t be bothering with GDKPs.
Also they’re prob gonna buff those raids cause it’ll be lauggable if they didn’t.
