In Season of Discovery - SOD -

The Mage rune Fingers of Frost currently only procs at the same time that the talent Frostbite procs

Fingers of Frost should instead proc both at the same time or not at the same time as Frostbite

As it stands the bug is causing a massive reduction in Frost Mage open world and PVP dps

Bugs are reported ingame and not on the forums.

I am unable to report in game, I click on Help Request button and Iā€™m greeted with an endless loading screen

Try with no addons.

Thanks for the suggestion but it has not helped, I will find a friend to submit a bug report in game for fingers of frost

You could try via the launcher as well
