Ret will probably suck until lvl 60, Aggrend doesn’t wanna look like he is giving the class he is playing the preferential treatment.
with lvl 60 Naxx you will probably be able to cleanse Ashbringer and get Legendary which will two hit everyone in PvP and Ret will be at least top 3 PvE

I didn’t know that you knew me better than I know myself such a weird timmy take, and no i currently play sod, i also played 2019 classic, to be fair i only raidlogg, have grinded rank 5 in one week, theres nothing else to do, except twink and raidlogg.

i dont think as long as p1, the phase will be long, (too long) but every class is viable for a too easy twink level raid. especially when u have a guild.
it´s too hard for these players
still this class dont gatekeep you, to finish a giga easy raid, if the complain is about pvp i could understand it.
people will still cry, that the class isnt viable.

Finishing an easy raid and being a viable dps isn’t that same. Rets want to be equal to their counterparts, it’s that simple. Right now they’re worse than tank specs.

In PvP impossible to heal as ret since you are oom after 4 casts at best and damage wise we have no gap closer except a 20y gouge on a ONE MINUTE COOLDOWN 31 talent points so, well, we are mostly dead before we reach our target anw.
Yup, it’s bad, not sure what to do to solve this but the spec is clearly in a bad state right now, PvP AND PvE wise.

na, they wont because they are too addicted and crying in a forum, because they think, the opinion of a 40+ dad gamer who couldnt get past 1.2+ in tbc matters, especially when we havent reached the max level
The funniest thing is that they didn’t even noticed, thatb lizz do only % changes most likely around runes, and some bug fixes, otherwise, it causes too much effort in terms of balancing in the end game
only thing what i can read most likely from these ret players “rogue is too op” “we do no dmg because we are not the best meele in terms of dmg”
- make this class less dependet on rng seal procs
- add cata judge speed rune
alone these changes would change much, instead of giving even more holy dmg mods, or rune slot changes to turn someone into a kind of god to cover up their bad skills
but the only thing what i can read here, and on other threads where I wasn’t involved, except few Exceptions is “we want everything in the game, pronto, before we hit the last phase” “personal attacks with destructive nonsense” “ret weak, because rogue too op in 1v1”
the most questionable thing here, people hate to play this game, but still playing the game, wow community in sod is different.
After many raid logs I used a modified drill that presses Frostbolt for me in classic 2019 as a fmage, because other classes were so different, thats just classic
and palas can be happy, that it isnt only a autoattack class anymore in sod?
and like i said in 3 post´s already, that the mobility is bad, but who knows what rune´s we all get at the next phase, or at 60.

Maybe increase the Holy Damage bonus of “Sanctity Aura” talent, and modify the “Vengeance” talent so that it also increases your critical chance with spells and melee.

Add holy Dmg to Crusader Strike is ok
sayed the same, after judgement an 40% movement speed buff for 3sec and give Freedom an ability for cancel stuns as well (not fear/sheep)

in normal classic i would disagree, but since every class can trinket a stun now, to counterplay the hoj completely, i think it´s a good change, havent thought about it, would also help against rogues
they are thinking, sod have to be already balanced around low level, i mean i wish we would live in a world where it would be possible, but people still forget, that devs only have a certain budget per project
yeah exactly, some other classes are just overtuned, dmg wise currently

i tried to explain it to the guys, that a meele bop on the healer in a Ab fight at Blacksmith can change a lot, but i think most of the peoples still living in retail, where some spells dont have as much impact as in classic, instead of a counter argument, they came with personal attacks. nice
but not a frustrated one, theres a difference, between frustrated, and none frustrated ones where accidentally became a father at a party

If I get trinket cd, bubble debuff etc and get saped for example cuz rogue knows because he die first time while he tryed steal my base
I already can bop my mate while I’m sapped, if he’s in range, I never ever saw any other ret doing this and I’m close to finish Arathi rep after Wsg exalted too
So many times i don’t use freedom for my self
