2 Steps are missing and you can´t find any npc that offers you a quest even, when you have completed all of the other steps from the Loremaster.
“Striking Steel” and “Memories of the Sky” are the missing ones

Same here…running the script that can bt found on wowhead for both and says True on both, but no credit on the sojourner achievment
Same here, I did Memories of the Sky fully and Striking Steel I have no quests from General Steelstrike. She is standing by the fountain and I only can buy renown items from her.
Hello, The questline “Striking Stell” ( https://www.wowhead.com/beta/quest=82216/economical-request) is locked. You Can only do 5 quest from the questline. The 6 Quest you can´t see. When you do in AZJ-KAHET the Story line All “Good Things…” (https://www.wowhead.com/storyline/all-good-things-5562) the last quest brings you to Hallowfall. After that over the NPC is a grey Quest icon with a lock. (https://gyazo.com/cba70c445919bdc7f92d34bd9e343c7d). So you can´t complete at this stage the questline. Memories of the Sky (https://www.wowhead.com/beta/quest=80673/runway-scare-a-way) is also Timegated. You can only do 3 from 5 quest. The last three quest are also a part from the archivement “Lost and Found” (https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=40618/lost-and-found#comments) in the comments the top post says the 4th and 5th quest comes daylie or weekly. I Found this stuff today so i can´t say if this is daylie or not. Hope it helped alot it take me much time to found that stuff out.

anyone know if they are bugged or locked untill 27th?
I can advice the “BTWQUEST” addon.
With that addon you can see a clear quest flow per storyline.
On both mentioned storylines it tells me; “Wait for Weekly Reset”.
The “Memories of the Sky” storyline even seems to have 2 weekly resets before it can be completed.

I dont understand Blizzard why to make two quest lines time gated. Every time we hear Blizzard say we learn from past mistakes but then they make mistakes again. Why hide a quest line with gated time it does not make sense. if there rewards that needs hiding just make a quest that is not needed in an achievement.
