Anyone having problems getting assassin buff (granted on war mode after 10 kills without dying)? I did over 30 kills without dying open world and not getting it
Were they all max level?

you need honorable kills .meaning people who are of your level or close to your level

In order to receive the quest and bounty , you must be the person with the most kills of your faction in that zone. So until someone who has more kills than you leaves that zone, the quest won’t pop up.
