something needs to change in how it all works, at the minute im risking entering for either 0 rating or - because you need to win 4+ rounds to even gain small rating, 3 wins is 0 and anything else is -, like how is that a fair system???
I believe this is exactly the same as if you would queue 3v3 or 2v2
Imagine you played 3v3 6 times and won 3 lost 3. You would end up at the same rating.
Except for wins where against higher rated than your losses.
Yeah It’s weird, I guess it makes sense but still, my first shuffle of the day I got teamed up with 3 DH’s, lost 4 or 5 rounds, lost 57 rating, after that I did like 3 or 4 more where I went even every game, 3/3, with 0 rating gain, that together with the long queue times as dps makes it a bit meh.
I dont think you understand that solo Q requires you to consistantly play with a 66% winrate (4-2) for you effectively climb, you can go 6-5 in any bracket and gain slightly, you cannot go 6-5 in soloQ in multiple games. The fact that 3/3 is null rating & mmr is absolutely a cooked system, on top of that you have to keep in mind at a higher rating with better quality games, it’ll much much much harder to win against people who actually have half a braincell, it is absolutely crazy the game expects you to go 4-2 still.
Hmm… you have a point in this case i agree that 3-3 should give you some rating and 2-4 take slight rating away, while only 1 and 0 wins should take away a good chunk of your mmr
What you excepted? 3-3 is not like you won.
If your mmr=cr you maybe gain rating slowly (which is intented obv) Atleast when i last played 3-3 i got like +62.
System is 100% fair for dps players, healers are different story.
im a healer and i love in the last 10 time when i started a match 6x time the anamy heal abandoned the game (yes i been much more better heal and only im win)

yeah which in 3v3 where you choose your partners etc and premake teams seems fair thats ok, but winning 3 out of 6 with randoms, not to mention i play a class that is top tunneled class too
They have to revamp the whole system! The queue times are horrible, people just leave if they lose more than 3 games and you barely get any rating for 4+ wins. Like how are u supposed to climb with this system in mind!?
MMR doesnt work as in intended on soloQ
each individual player requires to wait on healers to Que
which then leads to an imbalanced MMR match up
most games have a player 0 rating or 200-300 less or higher
MMR is not designed for Solo rated PvP

SoloQ could be great but it just isnt at the moment
(i managed to get my hunter to 2045 rating and each game im waiting 30mins, thats 2 games an hour…)
