Has anyone managed to solo Lord Stormsong? I just tried that and it seems impossible as he just disappears the second he casts Ancient mind bender, just to respawn few seconds later as if the fight never even started. If you got mind controlled and there is no other enemy fight resets since there is no Agro source anymore.

Hmm, makes sense. Thanks for the info. I guess I have to drag a random mob there or solo it with a class that has a pet

Just tested on my Hunter - pet is of no help here because pet is your ability if you friendly to Boss pet is friendly too. And if there is nothing to Agro at left Boss thinks that he won the fight.

To think about it you might try Feign Death right before Mindbender comes out pet is still there so boss will not reset but there is no eligible target to control. But it would be really hard to pull off few times in a row without loosing the pet and with proper timing to not being controlled.
I was going to try to keep some aggro from those acolytes if it helps with this fight, but it seems that the instance is reset. i am not in the mood to try that again right now
