Solo shuffle 1 spec per game?

I’m not sure whether this is something new or just a coincidence but it seems each game is limited to 1 spec per game? Likely surely all you are doing with this is making OP specs easier to gain rating by they if you play Havoc which is probably easily the top 3 spec in-addition to easiest spec… you’re never going to face off against another Havoc so you have one less overtuned specs to play against whilst actively being one of the overtuned specs… while if you play something really crap, lets say Fire mage… you’re only going to face SP/DH/DEMO thus making it incredibly hard to gain rating

i see resto druids, arcane mages, dhs,warriors and rogues on both sides of the team and together in same team at the same time.
