Im not waiting for an hour to get in a match and then wait another hour to hopefuly play another.
After the first one i just get bored and my desire to play goes awai and i just leave.
Fix your frikin garbage.

Healing Solo Shuffle is a pain, so no one wants to heal and the large amount of DPS in the queue have to wait till a healer is available. Blizzard will have to address this if they want SS to work. Either by making healing less of a pain in Shuffle or by making DPS only matches.

Everyone wants to play dps to see big numbers. thats how you get long queue time. Like others said, play healer.
Besides blizz didnt understand when people sai they wanted solo queue it was for all rated pvp. Adding solo queue for arenas doesnt change much because its not that hard to find 1 or2 people to make a premade.
Its rated battlegrounds wich is borderline dead because you cant find proper groups for it.
Give us solo queue blizz, the one people wanted!
Make healers optional and give us zerg mode 3vs3 dps. I dont care about the rating or anything just want to cap conquest and get some gear from vault.
Everyone wants to be that cool guy who does damage by mashing keyboard, nobody wants to be that uncool healer that has to sit in the back and actually think about pressing correct buttons
And then you end up with 20 DPS for one healer ratio
