Solo shuffle lag

I enjoy many solo shuffles, but once in a while(one time every other evening or so), in the middle of a shuffle - i get a high ms spike. home and worls ms rises independently. sometimes one goes 400 and the other is untouched and vice versa. the deal is though… i lag and lose.

i have tried everything regarding monitoring my own internet connection and my home mesh system - both works perfectly with a ping below 20.

i have tried every troubleshooting suggested by various blizzard posts (in the find help hell-menu ingame for example)

one time, i had high ms, my internet was working perfectly yes i lagged - but also, the battle net client failed to load news etc.

so how do i troubleshoot further?

happend again, just now. i was in solo shuffle, 3rd out of the 6 games i lag as the gate opens. i go to my battle net client and i cant load content, as soon as the content successfully reloaded, i ‘got back’ in the shuffle, hence i lost it. i could however play game 5 and 6…

i still need this resolved…

game is unplayable for me… i cant get hold of a human through tech support, i cant get help in here, i cant google my way to a fix, what do i do???

Ive had simillar issues a long time ago, ive changed my isp in the end to solve it. Try using VPNs and see if it gets better or not, theres lots of free options you can try for like 24hrs and if it doesnt then its not on your ISP/Connection.

Sorry if this is not of much assistance, its just, no one else really lags it seems currently at least in pvp that is.

Also, i suggest actually running the ping and tracert commands and copypasting the results here, we can identify the issue much better. Try to do it exactly at the time when your game lags. The european blizz ips are

185.60.112.157
185.60.112.158
185.60.114.159

Good luck homie, i really hope you resolve it cause i hated my life sitting at 10k ping for a month before swapping to a different isp.
