Oke this was it, queue takes 25 mins and someone leaves after 1 round. Then queue a second time, queue pops after 20 mins and someone doesnt accept. Queue pops again and again someone doesnt accept, so then i have to wait another 10 mins. Then finally i get in the lobby and someone griefs after 2 rounds. Its time for me to quit, i have work and a family to take care of. I have a small amount of time to play and then get this crap, im out! Take care everyone

like they have recently banned mythic+ players for doing the same

I just had a shuffle against a healer at 2200 mmr that has never reached duelist before. A multi r1 rogue in my team threw the first round without using no defensive and lining me on purpose.
When he got on the monks team he played perfectly for three rounds.
When he got back on my team he DCs and so I lose again because his character is afk the last two.
0-6 and I swear to god the rogue was wintrading for the monk.
I have never been so angry playing shuffle.
This sounds sus like a boost team. I had a rogue do something similar in a 1750 lobby but its really hard to prove. He played like a blizzcon champ vs me but didnt cc or use defensives vs the priest. Whatever, I took my 5l1-5 and moved on.
The thing that makes me doubt it was a booster the most is that it would be 100x easier to just boost someone in 2v2

Main reason why Que time are long are Hpals and Discs
Why? Becuase for all other healers game feels 3 versus 4, and all other healers are cannon meat to them, and they alone cannot drive healthly que times.
If healer balancer is solved, your que time will be 5mins at max and you wont care if someone leave… but since game is broken in its core, its tragedy when you spend your entire playtime waiting… again all thanks to current state of hpals and discs which bring shame and pity to AWC, having 2 viable healers in entire AWC is public shame.
At the moment 2100+ in 2s is a bit tedious - it’a still very deflated. 
And to get elite in 2s you gotta be like top 20.
I mean nobody wants to face the new flavour of the month spec.

you sure your high enough level to queue if i was you i would get some gear
