Solo shuffle r1 calculation and alts

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the official leaderboard (or checkpvp) is already taking alts into consideration for the cutoff, or spots taken by alts will be awarded afterwards?

Alts are already being considered.

yes, some people climb 10 same specs from their mains since forever aswell to reside on the top +50 players spots and then other people use this information as indicator for the said spec and its general health in the ladder and so on when in fact it is just few same guys and their 10 alts

Keep in mind cutoff numbers are a bit higher than what they will be most likely. A lot of people always get disqualified before titles are given out, usually because of wintrading and other scummy methods.

I’m just wondering because all websites are listing 8-9 spots for enhance r1 in shuffle. The first 9 spots are actually just 5 players (accounts). Does this mean the spots will extend to the next 3-4 players in line or are there actually just 5 spots for enhance r1?

I also don’t know how many spots were available in the previous season anywhere to make a comparison…

for the current this was like reading it on prot paladin

There are 5 spots for enha, but 3 chars are alts, making r1 drop down to top 8, so 2882 is cutoff.

I don’t exactly remember how many spots there were for enha last ssn, it was either 3 or 4, I’m more inclined to say it was only 3.

Would be nice if blizzard would be more clear on all of this.

Only 5 spots, damn, that sucks. Thanks for clarifying!
