Finally, we recognize that queue times for damage dealers can be extraordinarily long due to having a low ratio of available healers to DPS in the queue; there are nearly 4 DPS for every healer during the most active queue times. We’re actively discussing the best options to incentivize more healers to queue for Solo Shuffle and we’ll share more about that as we develop ways to address it.

Guess why? The rating system is so unbalanced that RSS healing is heartbreaking. You’re going against another healer, knowing that being better than them 2/3 of the match isn’t enough. Knowing that you need to outclass them in all but one of the rounds to get a meaningful rating reward. Knowing that the penalties are harsh enough that the other healer might just leave on round 5 or 6, making your 15+ min time-sink worthless.
Top it all off with the massive discrepancies between both DPS and healer specs. You’ve created a system that caters to 4-5 specific meta specs and no-one else, only 1 of those specs being a healer. Combine that with the pure difficulty of outclassing another healer 5/6 in each match, no wonder you’re running low on them.

Bring the damn leaver protection alrdy! Imagine if u could leave the match in a real life sport and the leading team gets a draw/loss… srsly? We can’t delay this for 50months untill u release 10.0.5!
