Soloing stuff as outlaw

This bothered me in dragonflight
even more so now with the removal of shadow dance
outlaw DPS heavily revolves around initiating from stealth
the problem is that while soloing vanish resets encounters or rares or elites

luckily in delves brann keeps the mobs in combat thus allowing outlaw to use vanish
but either blizzard has to relook the mob resetting mechanic or redesign this spec making it less reliant on vanish combos

I for one dont play with Crackshot and dont have any problems currently xD
Bliz is also apparently working on removing many of our stealth window capabilities.

With a little bit of skill you can activate vanish, and attack the same mob fast enough to keep combat stance running.
