Generally on RP servers the alliance population is bigger than the horde one.
And since this was in relation to the goings on in Goldshire (On RP servers) it seemed pertinent to say that no, the Bazaar isn’t as bad as Goldshire because the population on Horde side is smaller.

I don’t think that solution would atract right kind of folks in alliance.
My suggestion to solve faction balance is that we install button to all alliance capitals (also available as a toy after getting all alliance reps full) that anyone can go and press anytime. When anyone presses the button, all horde players will see and hear this message where ever they are:
