Hi,
I can’t activate game card code.
I am getting two types of messages, both saying I can’t claim the code.

The code you entered cannot be claimed. Please check the code and try again. If you see this error again, please try again later, as the game or website may be undergoing maintenance.
I made sure that the region I bought the card and the one set up in account are the same.
I wrote to support, but no response. Yes, I did attach the receipt photo with the code.
This is very disheartening…
