hello,
when i wanna log any character, ive got game down, without any lua error, or any other errors, - no problem with other account (on different accout i can log into all characters), I dont know what to do.
all addons disabled
all logs to all charackers - game down
when i log in to another account - no problem - i can log all charackers
tested on two PCs - same problem
did you scan ur pc open or lock down window maybe its cause help out u restart wow again
My friend have almost the same problem, he can play classic and OW2 but when he tries to logg his characters on Retail the game shutsdown when the loading screen finishes. We have tried updating and reinstall and repair everything still not working
but i can log classic characters, only retail not working
Same as him =/ but he found an topic with serveral with he same issue no sulotion tough =(

That said, I logged into all of your characters from this side, and there weren’t any issues. If there were hiccups earlier in the day, they seem to have been cleared up!

ive got still same problem - classic characters - no problem with logging into world
only retail characters - game down
tested on 2 PCs - same problem
another account- no problem with logging into classic+retail characters.
help guys 
same here cant log retail but cant play classic follows me to other computers so linked to account
This just worked for me:
Go to WoW → WTF folder and select the retail file there.
Enter SET synchronizeSettings “0” in the configuration file and save
Start the game and login
That worked fine for me.
It is workiiiing… Thanks a lot for help! My bf hasn’t played wow in over 2 days, because we were waiting for a fix and this helped!
