Despite being marked as complete once the boss is defeated, the world quest never actually completes
When I have this, I find flying away until you are out of range, then back again, makes it complete.

I ran into the same issue today. I tried punyelf’s solution (I flew to Sina’s Yearning and back) and it didn’t work. Then I flew to the Priory of the Sacred Flame and back and it worked. I think it may have worked the second time because the boss had respawned at that time.
Why is this marked as complete? Had this bug on two characters this week. Made a bug report.
