[Solved] Why is my haste halved when I'm guardian/cat/moonkin form?

If I go into one of the ‘animal’ forms, my haste gets cut in half.

Is this a bug or is this intended?

The talent “Lycara’s Teachings” increases secondary stats based on what form you are in. In caster form your haste increases by 6%.

Thank you, I overlooked what this talent did in normal form. This is indeed the reason. Sadly my haste is about 7% so it looked like my haste got halved.
