also i think you massively overhype the ERA transfer. not sure much is going to happen

well. .i quit wrath at lvl72. reminded me of why i dont like retail
i went to the trouble to make a new horde char to pvp with in ERA
but ERA PVP is massively broken. Horde win 9/10 games. probably as a result only around 4 games happen a day (6 today between 2000 and 2400). then apparently there is a big faction of sandbaggers that create a big cap for each other when no BGs open
so i will see. scout a server that maybe works. otherwise its BB WoW. i have no desire to raid naxx until the end of my life or run sandbags for R12+.
i came back to run flags in a competitive, fun environment … looks like Blizz is too dumb to provide that

so it may not be today, hopefully at the restart.

You can keep repeating that delusional comment that Ashbringer is “dead”. Just logged in early morning and there was like 50+ people online in oue massive guild only. Ogrimmar is full of people (not that many in the morning tho) and there was calls for early morning raidpugs.
Not sure when was the last time you logged on Ashbringer, but i did it just.
Regardless of what you think the “server status” indicates, there is enough people to level, HC’s and raids. On horde side.

Nah. It’s dead. I don’t agree that those numbers dictate a server is alive. I’ve played there, and still do sometimes, and it’s a graveyard. You can copium about it all you want but it’s dead. When transfers open to bigger realms, which they will, Ashbringer will be sub for 2k raiders on WCL by ToC. Bookmark my post.

To me, i’ve had my fair share of Entertainment from it, and now with SoM, i wanna just move forward from it, and enjoy my Scarab Lord title, Mount and achievement in WOTLK.
You May stay as you wish, i am NOT going to Era no more, even if there is another Season.
I think most people will go to Wrath. Lets just hope when they say any, it really means any, and characters won’t be stuck on dead realms, especially as I know the majority of SoM players have already moved on and dedicated themselves on locked/high population realms. It would be a massive grief to not be able to have the SoM characters on our current Wotlk realm.
Updating as of the time of my post mainetnance is over and no option and no possibility to transfer , will update later.

Still not working. It’s hard to tell if they’ve simply forgotten because they don’t care about EU or the single intern working on EU Classic is experiencing some technical issues.
could we get an update on when its happening?
i cant think of many reasons why NA can transfer anywhere now but not EU? some clarifications would be nice.

Awww come on.
I wish they would have kept letting us transfer as long as there weren’t any characters of the other faction on the target realm. The “unexpected bug” wouldn’t have caused a problem for me at all.
Cheers to those lucky few who could transfer before they noticed the bug.
