Some awful things about the game from a priest's pov

There are way too many cds currently. For example, disc that I play has got 2x PS, swap, and the new premonition shields in DF/TWW. On top of that you have rapture being incredibly overtuned. This theme goes for pretty much every healer class and as if this wasn’t enough, the dps classes are designed the same way with unreal amounts of cds and utility spells to go through. At the same time, healers have trinket on 90 sec cd (60 sec if they play some races), making it almost impossible to land kills. Despite rotating drs on three people while setting up goes, the amount of cds compared to dr and cc length make this gameplay no longer viable. And this is when the enemy team makes exactly zero plays the whole game. In return, we are forced into this PVE solo shuffle style of play, rewarding the “doing nothing and win”.

Another issue is making the game extremely basic and beginner friendly, removing most of the depth and hence also the fun. Some examples for disc since that’s what I know best:

· Solace removed – There was a huge skill difference here between people. Now it’s some passive in pw: shield instead.

· Schism and mind blast merged into one button + mind blast cd is super long – Another spell changed to passive terrible design.

· MD 2 min cd – Terrible change, game gets even slower than it already is.

· Grip 1 min cd + 2x grip in case you suck and fail the first one – Another terrible change rewarding bad plays and giving dps classes with already good mobility even better.

· Double PI – no trade-off to PI target, dumbing this down as well.

· Made holy nova and shackle talents that you can’t pick almost, also removed mind sear.

· Radiance being the biggest noob spell ever, same design but even worse compared to saving grace in WOD. They also forgot they added the conduit in SL to tune it and it took them years to realize (not sure they still have).

· MC stealth nerfed baseline cast time.

· New root spell, just remove this. The game has enough roots.

· Fear not breaking, should always break to dmg.

· Range increase talent – Just remove, terrible design to give certain casters longer range than others.

· Way too good mana on priest, there is no way disc should out-mana the afk healers.

Probably even more stupid changes but I have forced myself to forget them I suppose. Current talent trees have 90% passives & AOE, actively making the game worse, and the spells that are there should be baseline to begin with.
