Some clarification on having 20 prequests completed for phase 3 please?

hi could we get some clarification on what would happen to having 20 prequests completed to turn in when phase 3 goes live?. i know that repeatable turn in quests will not work but on the video you said that prequesting is fine. TO A POINT could we get some more info what you mean with to a point?. cuz at the moment its really confusing what you mean and ingame people are speculating and debating that prequesting will work yes or no. some people say yes some say no some say it will be this and some say it will be that… pls give us some more clarification if prequesting will work yes or no?

repeatable quest´s wont work, but u can prepare to do “normal” quests, i recommend to do Elite Quests/ or Dungeon Quests, where in the capital can be turned in

ok but what do they mean with to a point? they must mean something with it or else they wont say it?

They meant repeatable stuff with this line.

Lots of people already have more than enough of those to go 40-50
