Some items missing from PvP Vendor?

So according to wowhead there are haste/vers shoulders at the honor vendor

but in game, the dude doesn’t have them? The conquest vendor has an epic version of the haste/vers shoulders but the honor vendor doesn’t, is this intended?

Yeah, cant find it either…

will be fixed next expansion

Well, there are also a lot of mastery+versa items not to find on the conquest vendor, while they are available for honor.

They don’t want you to be able to get BiS from PvP alone, but classes that prefer haste+versa are in an advantage from the conquest vendor, so you should be happy!

get out

20 chars

Why would I. You should be happy that most items offer Haste+Versa. When your wanted stat combo would be Mastery+Versa, you had more reason to cry as only the half, if at all, offers that.

The funny part of this, the 220 ilvl haste+versa items gives almost the same haste as the 184 ilvl honor gear… Seems like we will have at least 30% versa but low off-stats

Example:
Sinful Gladiator’s Ring (220 ilvl): 64 haste, 140 versa
Sinful Aspirant’s Ring (184 ilvl): 54 haste, 93 versa

Its almost as if versatility was aimed to be a pvp-stats… which gets 40% buffed through two pvp trinkets… so 30% versa base would be about 42% offensive versatility in arena. Thats pretty heavy. Now they just need to att 20-30% extra defensive stat aswell through the 2 x pvp trinkets.

“You should be happy”

I can tell you never played anything before Legion or you wouldnt talk so dumb lmao

Listen kid, we shouldnt be happy, we should expect our BiS gear from arena and not only half of it

I мight be wrong but I think it’s because of the dr. I don’t know the cap but at some point it become useless to stack the same stats.

But, but next expansion Blizzard will remove PvP vendor again

Like Edna Mode - NO CAPES!

Blizzard - NO FUN!

Don’t forget the Versatility buff from the trinkets. So it’s actually a good thing as Versa is the most important secondary stat for us PvPer, isn’t it?

That is exactly how Versatility was made. It combines PvP power and PvP resilience and made it into one stat. The only difference to previous days is, that it isn’t exclusive to PvP anymore.

That wouldn’t be a problem in general, but farmable m+ dungeons made it a problem. They lowered the drop chance, but when I am looking onto the leaderboard, there are already a few guys running around with 200+ ilevel. Versatility is supposed to fix that? Well, they already have 5% more Versatility than I have on my fully honor geared character.

I play since NA open Beta back in 2004 with some breaks in between, especially in Legion and BfA. And if you don’t get the difference between “Be happy because you get everything you want!” and “Be happy, it could be more worse!” it’s obviously your fault of understanding.

I totally agree, I also would prefer to get my gear exclusively from PvP and have BiS gear for PvP. BUT the devs made that very clear throughout the beta and public communications/interviews that they want people who do all content to have an advantage.

Is that good thing? NO, of course not! But we knew that before and still bought the game.
So listen kid: If you want to blame anyone for it, blame yourself!

Yes, i love versa. But… as a caster who has 2.0 sec (+pushback) base cast time on main spells… i would love some haste too.

I am wondering what an Elemental shaman hard cast these days? Barely see them casting anymore!

Yep… i would hardcast, but if a melee stomping my neck it’s like 2.2 sec to cast one spell  This is why…
We have only one gap opener on 45 sec CD (blizz took away wind gust and root in bfa). We are not tanky enough to facetank while casting (so the only option is to run in ghost wolf and wait for lava surge proc if the flame shock is not dispelled on cooldown).
