Some questionable choices in the spec trees

Avatar by itself is a dull cooldown. It offers no gameplay impact or has anything interesting baseline. Avatar is only relevant and interesting when paired with Mountain Thane.

Similar examples are Halo for Archon Priests, Xuen for Conduit Monks, and even Divine Hammers for Templar Paladins.
These abilities are nothing without their respective Hero talents, and were as a result baked into their Hero Talent trees.

As such, Avatar should be the keystone talent for Mountain Thane.

It is thematic for Thane and complements the way the other Hero Talents focus on their own CD; Bladestorm for Slayer, Demolish for Colossus, Avatar for Thane.

Another problem is that Deep Wounds on Execute contradicts itself.
You use Execute to try and finish off an enemy, attempting to kill it.
Then why put a bleed on the target after? A dead target doesn’t bleed.

It would be more intuitive if Execute increased the rate at which the target bleeds. Like Skullsplitter. If they survive Execute, they will bleed out from it instead.

Talent: Skullsplitter
Execute causes your Rend and Deep Wounds on the target to bleed out 100% faster for 4 sec.

Talent: Fatality
Killing an enemy with Execute or affected by Guillotine causes the target to erupt in a viscera onto all nearby enemies.
Any remaining Bleed damage is dealt to nearby enemies, and apply Skullsplitter to all affected targets.

(instead of tracking stacking debuff from Fatality, which seems to be the direction Blizzard wants to go already)

Avatar is good. Damage boost and root/slow removal is always good for the warrior.

Execute put bleeds because of the stupid mastery for arms which suits more for feral druid class.

Avatar doesnt remove roots anymore.

Macro Avatar to your other CDs and viola, interesting gameplay

It does. Avatar still remove slows/roots.

Very sick and good points in special with execute deep wounds things too bad devs dont think about feedback and they transform execute in a non execute :rofl:

That nothing compares to mage ice form immune to stun and knockback dont u think?

They removed it for midnight.
