Some Weekly quests are missing and no keys from caches

Weekly quests like Awakening the Machine and the Theatre quests were not there for my main character this morning. The weekly quests that were there (do world quests and help out in the ringing deeps) did not reward keys for the delves like they should. This has been reported on the US forums but I can’t find any mention of it on the EU forums.

Hopefully this can be fixed!

Any update about it? Is it safe to do weekly quests? I can see caches on the map but afraid I got noting after I finish it.
