Something I Don't Undestand, Can Somebody Help Me?

I just changed covenant after becoming renown 80 with necrolord, now i am night fae but there is one thing that i don’t understand:

-Currently i am renown 59 but i still don’t know where the hell is comand table, i can’t find it anywhere and yes i activated with paying 500 renown
-And the other thing is i didn’t spend any renown to get the back attachments when i was in necrolord they appeared as a tmog in my inventory when i reached the required renown and when i clicked them they have been added in my tmog collection automaticly, same thing goes for 2 hand weapon etc. For example in renown 56 i should have got ‘‘A tiny winter staff’’ but when i reached it nothing happened am i missing something?

go out the south door and next to the training dummies is the mission table (is that the same thing as command table?).

hmm. Do you need to do some Campaign quests to phase it in?
Or maybe you need to go down the ramp just inside that south entrance to the basement and put some anima into the reservoir and build the mission table level 1 (1k anima).

The guy to speak with is called Zayhad. He’s over to the left when you go down the ramp.

You get tables at lvl60 NOT BEFORE
