So basically I’ve had a problem while launching world of warcraft, it says “Game is running” however its not running or opened, then I listened to an old post from a green person, here’s the post.
I’ve tried this solution, however after deleting those and restarting my computer, I’ve had another major problem with the application.
When I start battlenet app, it says
Oops!
An error occured while loading game information:
Something went wrong while trying to launch a program, Please try restarting Battle net and/or your computer. More help: BLZBNTBNA00000006
I wish I haven’t listened to that GM, nothing is fixing it, a restart isnt helping either, I cannot even uninstall blizzard app, it tells me, cannot find C:/programdata/battle net
Could you go to that directory itself, and see if you see a Battle.net folder?
If you do, please delete the Battle.net folder completely and try to fully re-install the Blizzard App afterwards (this will not impact your games in any way).
Have a few seconds to spare? Let me know how I’m doing!
I’ve reinstalled the battlenet application, I basically deleted all folders then started up the installer program, it said “updating blizzard agent” for a very long time, I left it overnight and in the morning it was installed.
However battlenet application has no icon, it shows as white in my task bar.
Also I want to tell you, everytime wow requires an update or starts fetching for an update, it either gets stuck or give me error, I don’t know whats wrong with my wow directory or installation, can you assist me on this? for example right now it says “Waiting on another installation or update” however there isnt other updates, I click “Update” the blue sign, and nothing happens.
