Its a handful of specs.
Pure DPS Racials arent as important as you think.
Racials dont matter for 99.99% of the playerbase.

Play what you want to play. If you don’t want to play Mechagnome, nobody is forcing anyone.
It doesn’t take a genius to work out that you can roll any Race/Class/Spec you want.
I got all the way to 2500 without even having a Mechagnome on my account. So your statement isn’t true.
