In a serious company that values its customers, someone had already reported what was happening, to provide some kind of satisfaction.
But Blizzard, apparently, is not a company that looks out for its customers’ interests… it simply doesn’t care, as long as there are paid subscriptions.

tried to log in to SoD full realm no queues and still i cant log on wotlk, like jesus we paying for sub and we cant play the game.

I got DC yday during icc25hc just after 4 bosses and couldent log back in due to blizzards budget servers. It really sucks to get locked for a raid caused by blizzard. didnt even get the opportunity to roll for loot that dropped I had SR…
