So quickly, i have the pre-ordered shadowlands, been playing it for a month and a half , i some how i click the thing on my the Ensorcelled Everwyrm’s back but i can’t seem to get the quest, help please!
you gotta click the butt of your mount and it will pop NPC who’ll give you the quest
NPC can take a bit to spawn. And if unlucky he spawns in close proximity rather than ontop/infront of you. Otherwise you can ask others to pop their own NPC as that works as well.

Edit: I mean i can see him next to me, just not the quest, or the quest in my log
That’s probably something you want to open a ticket about, sadly we won’t be able to really help you, maybe try to find someone else who was the mount too to see if their npc gives you the quest.
do u have the epic shadowland edition that actually gives you the transmog? basic preorder doesnt afaik

He has the mount and as such bought heroic. The vestment automatically comes with the mount.
Wraithchill, pet, hearthstone etc come with epic
well i have the bundle to summon the mount, but my dude doesn’t spawn any vestments quest
i am unsure if this is relevant, but if you dont own the heroic expansion you can still get it? either way it doesn’t matter as commented above
yes you can, you just need someone elses mount to summon the npc. you can still get and complete the quest although you dont have the according edition.
I am aware that you own the mount. So the dude should spawn the quest. You can try to log on an alt and check again. Or simply disable ALL of your addons and then try it. If it still doesnt show up then i would advise you to make a ticket/live chat.

We can see that you own the mount in the armory.
i dont know which one you got? actually it doesnt matter what edition you have you can still get and complete the quest regardless. however, if you got the mount in your collection, you should get the quest from your mount.
have you tried relogging etc?
yeah, idk why people think i don’t have it, when i clearly type i have the mount and can spawn the guy…
tried almost everything, its been a few days now i think, its hella frustrating, but i guess we’ll just leave it at me making aticket, idk if there is gonna be a long time wait for that
then it might be a bug and you have to write a ticket about it. 
ok thanks, appearently i needed to be level 50 to accept the quest. oh thank god! such an easy fix ( was leveling an alt and tried everything on her)
People assumed you were trying it on the character you posted on.
