I am trying to upgrade the engeneering goggles , but i need a rank 2 soul sigil , which seems to drop from nothing , i did some google searches and it is supposed to drop from heroic bosses in dungeons and sometimes it can be in a worldquest , so far no drops seen or no world quests popped up , am i missing something ???
