at least on few bosses i dont let you rezz during the fight only after, does it happen to anyone else ? are the bosses in amidrassil dispelling soul stone on your death ?
Not rly,in your case you were out of CR.
cant be cuz i had like two stacks to rezz others, and buff on me ,so could i be out of CR? 
Maybe you are indeed special and boss dispels your ss,who knows.
well i had it on me just before boss fight xD lol for 3 min already it should work normal as it came out of cooldown and i didnt rezz anyone
